Orthodontic treatment plays a big part in many peoples lives. Our team is charged with creating great smiles. We plan treatment to deliver the most attractive result possible, delivering sensational smiles in harmony with the most balanced facial form possible.
We strive to deliver this treatment using the most efficient and predictable tools available in the 21st Century. Where possible, we will base our decisions regarding treatment upon sound scientific principles. Where science has yet to adequately supply us with answers, we will base our judgements upon the outcome of the many cases we have treated.
To ensure that we treat our patients to the highest standard we continue our professional education. Regular staff meetings are an essential part of this process.
Educating our patients about their treatment is an important part of our goal to provide personal attention and care. Our Treatment Coordinators are an important facet of our desire to deliver the highest level of care, explaining proposed treatments and acting as a contact point with our office.
Excellent orthodontic treatment will only be achieved through the work of a team. This team includes our patients, parents, outside doctors and their staff as well as all the staff of Class 1 Orthodontics.
It therefore follows that patients have responsibilities. These include, but are not limited to the following:
As you can see, positive orthodontic outcomes are achieved when each member of the team playing their role. You have the right to expect us to work hard to achieve the best for you. We also have a right to expect patients to abide by the rules and be honest with us.
Patients have the right to discontinue treatment with a doctor if they feel the doctor/ patient relationship is less than ideal. Patients also have obligations to the staff of Class 1 Orthodontics.
Treatment will be discontinued and the patient referred to another Orthodontist in cases where there is deviation from the guidelines above. In addition, in cases where accounts become delinquent, treatment will be discontinued and a referral made to another Orthodontist.
